Adrenaline  (Epinephrine) and Noradrenline are two separate but related hormones and neurotransmitters. They are produced in the medulla of the adrenal glands and in some neurons of the central nervous system. They are released into the bloodstream and serve as chemical mediators, and also convey the nerve impulses to various organs. Adrenaline has many different actions depending on the type of cells it is acting upon.  However, the overall effect of adrenaline is to prepare the body for the ‘fight or flight’ response in times of stress.

Mountain bikes share similarities with other bikes, but incorporate features designed to enhance durability and performance in rough terrain. This individual sport requires endurance, core strength and balance, bike handling skills, and self-reliance. Advanced riders pursue both steep technical descents and high incline climbs. In the case of freeriding, downhilling, and dirt jumping, aerial maneuvers are preformed off both natural features and specially constructed jumps and ramps.

It is considered an extreme sport, and can be fatal.

Love at first sight – should be the greatest feeling, which causes your heart to race, You start to sweat and your mouth goes dry. This initial stage of falling in love activates your stress response increasing blood levels of Adrenaline. When your heart starts racing, that’s because of an adrenaline rush. Your brain sends signals to the adrenal gland which secretes adrenaline. The same response applies to a fast heartbeat while you’re running on a treadmill.

During Sex Adrenaline makes you feel exhilarated and makes your heart feel like it’s pounding out of your chest. Adrenaline activates the sympathetic nervous system, which increases your heart rate and dilates arteries to increase blood flow to your muscles during sex. It also causes a refractory period in which another orgasm is impossible for up to 20 minutes after sex. During intercourse, increased amounts of adrenaline are released from the adrenal glands. This chemical amplifies the circulatory system with each heart contraction.
