World Mental Health Day: It’s OK Not to Be Fine

October 10 is World Mental Health Day, a reminder that you don’t always have to be fine.

Sometimes the hardest kind of exhaustion isn’t physical. It’s the feeling that your mind is tired, your motivation is gone, and even simple things start to feel heavy.

Taking a break doesn’t mean giving up. Talking doesn’t make you weak. Resting doesn’t mean you’re falling behind.

So take a breath. Slow down. Talk to someone you trust. Give your mind some time to reload.

You’re still strong. 🖤

You can learn more about this Day, its history and purpose on the official World Federation for Mental Health website.
